Linda Kropik's Bio

 Educational Leadership shows students how to be good leaders, but when the faculty has real-world experience, it makes them understand how to be “great” leaders. I have been an effective instructor who can give all adult learners a better understanding of developing leadership skills to be effective in their careers and as leaders. I have taught at various educational levels, from community colleges to ARMY Schools, including at a high school level, for over 27 years.  I was an Assistant Principle for over three and half years, working in a middle, high school, and an alternative
school.  During my first eleven years of teaching, I helped design, write, and teach three courses for the first NC virtual high school program.  Before retiring from the ARMY, I was an ARMY Inspector General, teaching and training Soldiers and Commanders to be influential leaders, including techniques to improve their leadership abilities.

My commitment to teaching and training students and leaders has been a passion of mine for over thirty years.  I intend to teach others how to be strong and caring leaders through my Christain beliefs and philosophy.  A leader must provide strength in voice, mind, and soul.  These traits will be shared with others attending my class or video sessions.

As a Christain leader and retired teacher, I thought of creating a non-profit organization to help students of all levels understand these subjects through tutoring: Math, Reading, History, English, English as a Second Language (ESL), and Spanish. My goal is to help those in need who cannot afford tutors.  Tutoring base rates will be appropriated upon customers' annual income (self or parents').
